Raleigh, NC (November 17, 2015) – To better serve their joint venture partners, Compass Surgical Partners welcomes Chief Financial Officer, Doug Driver, to the team.
As the ever-evolving environment of healthcare continues to increase in complexity, the demand for outpatient services increases. As such, Compass is positioning itself to provide even deeper financial services to its partners.
"We manage complex surgical joint ventures. Doug's expertise will be invaluable as we provide extensive guidance to our surgical business partnerships nationwide. We are thrilled to have him join our team," said Compass Co-Founder and President/COO, Sean Rambo.
In the pursuit to deliver the highest level of surgical care, in a cost effective outpatient setting, Driver will help Compass by assisting clients with the development of optimal capital structures, negotiating bank instruments, assessing the feasibility for capital investments, and developing projections and budgets. Driver's expertise will make an immediate impact on the company and its service depth to its clients.
Prior to joining Compass, Driver led a CFO advisory practice where he worked with various companies and nonprofit organizations. After spending 15 years in a variety of roles within the banking industry, Driver served as CFO and Vice President of Corporate Development for a technology consulting firm.
