Abdul works closely with our health system partners to develop and grow integrated care networks that boost quality and availability of ambulatory surgical care.
He analyzes local markets with our health system partners to develop growth strategies for ambulatory surgery centers that include a combination of ASC acquisitions, de novo development, and HOPD-to-ASC conversions. Abdul helps health systems align with local physicians in each regional market to continue expanding their clinically integrated networks and access to care for patients.
Abdul has devoted his career to helping health systems enhance quality of care, boost operational efficiency, and lower costs. He has worked with not-for-profit health systems across the country to improve operational margins by harnessing analytics to reveal actionable business insights, by implementing proven best practices, and by deploying AI, automation, and other healthcare technologies.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business, Abdul lives and works in Raleigh. In his free time, Abdul enjoys working the grill and traveling with his wife and daughter to new places around the world.
