As Vice President of Business Development, Brandon strives to generate value for our physician and health system partners via ambulatory strategy creation and execution. Brandon enjoys forming long-lasting relationships, built on trust and accountability, with all of the stakeholders he engages with.

Prior to joining Compass, Brandon held roles in accounting, corporate finance, and most recently healthcare corporate development (M&A). In his 12+ years of experience in corporate development, Brandon has helped physicians and strategic partners with mergers, acquisitions, and de novo ASC projects across Texas, Florida, and the Midwest.

Brandon earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Auburn University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. Outside of work, Brandon loves spending time with his wife and two children, running, reading, and traveling.
