As Vice President of Operations, Gina Ackerman drives operational excellence and strategic growth for our ambulatory surgery centers in the Northeast.

Gina's nearly 30 years of healthcare leadership experience in health systems, ASCs, and other outpatient settings is an asset to our team as we work together to develop and provide high-quality, lower cost ASC care for patients in the Northeast. She has deep experience and expertise in healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, health information technology, clinical quality, and more.

Gina cultivates and strengthens our partnerships with health systems and physicians to ensure that our ASCs thrive in a rapidly developing healthcare landscape. She works closely with ASC administrators to foster cultures of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and patient care excellence.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rider University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rutgers University, Camden. When she is not busy with work, Gina enjoys spending time with her family on the beach in the summer, and snowboarding in Vermont in the winter.
