As Vice President of Operations, Lynn Feldman fosters excellence and growth at our ambulatory surgery centers in Ohio and other regions in the Midwest.

She began her healthcare leadership journey more than 20 years ago when she honed circulating and scrubbing skills as a Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR®).

Lynn's ASC leadership expertise grew when she administrated the launch of a 100-percent-physician-owned ASC specializing in spine and pain management. Later, she served as administrator for a facility specializing in outpatient total joint replacement.

Lynn believes in showing up each day with consistency, calm, and genuine care for the work being done. This mindset empowers her to educate, to mentor, and to connect with her teams.

Lynn completed the education necessary to become a Registered Nurse at Columbus State Community College. Driven by a desire to enhance efficiency and safety for surgical settings and teams, she later earned a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration at Franklin University.

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys golf, cooking, and a little bit of crafting. She and her husband are relishing the whirlwind of a household that holds two teenagers and three dogs. During football Friday nights in the fall, Lynn turns her organizational talents to running the concessions stand for the high school’s music boosters.
