As Director of Business Development, Madeleine works with our health system and physician partners to create and implement lower-cost, high-quality ambulatory surgery options for patients. She focuses on healthcare markets in Virginia and the Carolinas.

Madeline began her career in investment banking, where she mastered valuations, due diligence, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. She harnesses this experience and expertise to develop acquisition and integration strategies for our surgery center network partners.

Madeleine has also driven mergers and acquisitions and business development efforts for private equity-backed physician practices specializing in orthopedics, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, and cardiovascular medicine.  

A graduate of Rhodes College, Madeleine lives in Nashville. When she is not at work, Madeleine enjoys running with her German Shepherd mix, Teddy.
