Mark Allan drives strategic financial leadership and operational excellence for our ambulatory surgery center partnerships.

With a proven track record spanning two decades, Mark optimizes financial procedures and systems to deliver measurable business results. By leveraging data analytics and fostering collaborative teams, he translates complex financial data into actionable insights that inform critical decision-making.

For the past 15 years, Mark has focused on healthcare—initially at Labcorp and most recently with ProPharma. He brings to Compass Surgical Partners expertise in cost control, performance improvement, and financial reporting that enhances organizational efficiency and growth.

Mark holds a BSBA in Accounting & Corporate Finance from Drake University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Consortium.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and supporting the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks/Brewers, Wisconsin Badgers, and Drake Bulldogs.
