Stacy Danahy is an RN with 20+ years of nursing experience and 16+ in healthcare and ASC management, including extensive experience in managing surgery centers focused on minimally invasive spine surgery.

With her firm prior to Compass, Stacy was responsible for opening and overseeing seven surgery centers across the country. She joined Compass as Regional Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations, and was promoted to VP of Operations for her demonstrated ability to build relationships with partners and stakeholders and to train center leadership.

Currently, Stacy focuses on launching and growing orthopedic and spine ASCs for Compass Surgical Partners. Her data-driven insights and training help physician stakeholders and ASC staff achieve clinical quality, operational efficiency, and strong margins.

Stacy maintains strong relationships with boards of directors, physician partners, administrators, and vendors. She believes healthy partnerships drive the ASC business.

Stacy resides in the Tampa Bay area.
