As Vice President of Operations, Tracey Doyle focuses on operational leadership for the ambulatory surgery centers in our Florida markets.

Tracey has led a variety of healthcare facilities and services, focusing on ASC leadership over the last ten years. She champions a balanced approach that puts both patients and their physicians at the heart of every decision.

Equipped with a background in nursing, Tracey steers her teams towards positive surgical outcomes and compassionate, individualized, dignified care.

Tracey strikes a conscientious balance between purpose and profit, proactively pursuing opportunities for cost-savings and growth that ensure financial health for the ASCs she leads.

Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trenton State College and completed her education to become a Registered Nurse at Mercer County Community College. She earned her Master of Health Administration at University of Phoenix. She is the proud mother of two daughters and three rescue dogs. She enjoys the outdoors—especially the beach—and is an avid country music fan.
