Carol Ciluffo

Carol Ciluffo serves as the VP of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) implementing the RCM product for all Compass’ clients. With decades of experience in RCM, Carol excels at centralizing billing into one business office that maximizes the efficiency of new and existing ASC partnerships. She believes her revenue cycle expertise alleviates the business process stress that can add to patient anxiety pre and post-operation, allowing patients to simply focus on recovery.

Carol has spent over 30 years meeting the revenue cycle needs of various employers, including Health South. She spent time in urgent care as well, serving as the administrator of the Colorado urgent care centers with Concentra. Carol spent over ten years as the Vice President of RCM at Pinnacle III. Those experiences have developed Carol’s expertise in RCM enabling her to provide a high-level analysis of Account Receivable using only a few reports.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Colorado State University. Outside of the office, Carol loves to travel. She has been to Italy seven times and claims she is not done. Carol also refers to herself as a baking fanatic, baking anything from shortbread cookies to cheesecake.
