Jennifer Jacobson, RN

VP of Clinical Operations and Quality

Jen Jacobson serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations and Quality, clinically supporting all Compass’ facilities. Additionally, Jen engages with vendors and contributes towards diligence for all health centers. She has a passion for patient care, believing that patients are at the core of her work in optimizing Compass’ clinical operations.

With 21 years in nursing, Jen began her career in the hospital and later moved into a quality role in ASCs. She also has experience in development, opening three de novo ASCs from the ground up.

Jen graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing from Texas A&M University. In her free time, she loves to hike and does so almost every weekend in the summer. Jen also loves to read and workout.
