Jestine Nordstrom directs all Compass marketing and communications, providing the team the leads, resources, and visibility necessary to form partnerships with high-quality surgeons, practices, and health systems.
She believes ASC partnerships empower surgeons, that surgeon-led surgical environments deliver excellent care and that excellent patient care matters on a large scale. Jestine also believes marketing strategy will shape a company’s long-term growth, and she seeks to catalyze Compass’ growth through lead generation, stellar PR, and in-depth market research.

Jestine holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Auburn University and numerous strategic marketing certifications. She enjoys culinary adventures, international travel, and hot yoga in her free time.
