Lisa brings the Compass team extensive knowledge and expertise in building successful physician partnerships in multi-specialty centers across the country, primarily focused on total joints, minimally invasive spine and complex ENT procedures.

Lisa has extensive experience in both the development and operations of surgery centers and has led the development of ASCs across the country, including Florida and on the west coast. Specifically, Lisa has led the development of outpatient total joint programs in dozens of ASCs.

She will support Compass in the development of new markets on the west coast and through service line enhancement and value creation for our existing partnerships.

Lisa is avid equestrian and resides in the Denver, CO area.
