As Vice President of Development, Sarah Cwiak partners with physicians and hospital systems to create high-value, patient-centric, and surgeon-centric ASC relationships. Sarah knows the best partnerships deliver sustainable profitability and clinical autonomy for physicians within hospital joint ventures. Sarah is comfortable working with hospitals, primary care doctors, and physicians as they transition into value-based care in the ambulatory space, helping make the process advantageous for them.
“The most satisfying thing about my job is when physicians that I worked with years ago and am no longer invested, or an entity partner with, call me for advice,” said Sarah. “I have earned their respect as a leader, and I have earned their respect in the industry.”
Sarah joined Compass from Regent Surgical Health and was previously a VP at Optum in Development & Specialty Operations. Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
