Stacy Danahy, RN

Stacy Danahy is an RN with 20+ years of nursing experience and 16+ in healthcare and ASC management, including extensive experience in managing surgery centers focused on minimally invasive spine surgery.

With her firm prior to Compass, Stacy was responsible for opening and overseeing seven surgery centers across the country. She joined Compass as Regional Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations, and was promoted to Regional Director of Operations for her demonstrated ability to build relationships with partners and stakeholders and to train center leadership, as has now been promoted to VP of Operations. 

Stacy maintains strong relationships with boards of directors, physician partners, administrators, and vendors. She believes healthy partnerships drive the ASC business. From there, Stacy is responsible for financial oversight, managing trends, and strategic initiatives within the centers she manages.

She consistently achieves or exceeds targeted EBITDA goals for assigned centers and enjoys improving center profitability by streamlining operations.  She ensures centers are exceeding clinical, operational, and regulatory national benchmarks.

Stacy resides in the Tampa Bay area.
