Market President
Tommy Kline serves as the Market President of Compass Surgical Partners. He manages relationships with physicians and health systems in joint venture markets. Tommy also holds operational oversight over health centers. He is strongly aligned with the migration of cases out of the hospital and into a more efficient and higher-quality ASC.
With years of industry experience in development and consulting, Tommy decided to return to facility operations because of his passion to provide physicians with the opportunity to sustain their practices.
Tommy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver. In his free time, you can find Tommy kiteboarding, mountain biking, and doing all things outside with his family.
